SunButter Power Balls with oats and quinoa- Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free and Vegan


1 c. rolled oats GF
2 c. quinoa flakes
1 jar SunButter
1/4 c. honey (you can use agave or pure maple syrup)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt (can be omitted)
1 c. Craisins
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Use a small scoop or teaspoon and roll into balls. Place on wax paper.
Yield = 48 1 in. balls
